How does it work?
Follow these steps to send your parcel:
- Make sure your parcel meets the size and weight requirements:
Min. size: 14 x 9 cm
Max. size (0 – 10 kg): 100 x 50 x 50 cm*
Max. size (10 – 30 kg): 175 x 78 x 58 cm
Max. weight: 30 kg
*If your parcel exceeds these dimensions, you will be charged the 10 – 30 kg rate. - Make sure that your parcel is addressed correctly
- Add postage
Frank your parcel using our special parcel stamps. These are available at your local post office. Please note that you cannot use regular stamps to frank your parcel. - Hand over your parcel at one of the 2,600 post offices.
